Antiseptic mouthwash is another great dental tool that can help get rid of plaque and bacteria that cause gum disease. There are disclosing tablets that you can use which will showcase where plaque was left behind. Just chew them and smile and you will see color on all of the areas where there is still plaque. You can do this before and after you brush your teeth.
