Dr. Andrey Mazo Dr Mazo was born in 1968 in St. Petersburg , Russia. Graduated from Tufts Dental School in 1994. In 1995 he founded the All Dental of Westboro at its current location. In year 2000, he was honored to promote his Clinical Director at the time, Dr. Julian Lender, to the full Partnership position. Dr. Mazo completes 50 hours of continuing education every cycle (2 years), he is a member of "Excellence in Dentistry" Group, American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. He is a marketing director of Dental Kaleidoscope (professional dental publication in Russian Language). Dr.Mazo is also a founding member of All Dental Management Group, which has been providing dental management since 1995. He also maintaines a private practice in Watertown, MA, where he could be reached at 617-924-9993. Dr. Andrey Mazo is a registered attendee of the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies (LVI ) , which is a premier higher postgraduate education in cosmetic dentistry Dr.Mazo currently lives in Needham. He is married and has 2 sons.	Dr. Ilya Sherman was born in 1968 in St. Petersburg, Russia. He emigrated from Russia to Israel in 1990. Dr.Sherman graduated from Tel-Aviv University School of Dental Medicine in 1998. In 2004 he received a dental diploma from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of Academy of Cometic Dentistry. Married , has 2 children. Currently lives in Brookline.
Dr. Martin Urban joined All Dental of Westborough in 2001 and has been performing periodontal and oral surgical procedures within our practice ever since. Dr. Urban received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1999 and then pursued three additional years of specialty training in Periodontics. He has advanced training in implant placement utilizing many of the most current implant systems. Dr. Urban is also conscious sedation certified. Dr. Urban is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Urban always strives to be updated on the most recent advances in dentistry by dedicating his time to continuing education in advanced gum and bone grafting surgical procedures. When he is not practicing, he spends time with his wife, daughter and enjoys taking his three rescue dogs for long walks.	Dr. Italo Lozada - Periodontist - received his DDS in 1989 from Universidad Central De Venezuela. He then attended Boston University Dental School and received his Post-Doctoral in Periodontistry in 1992. Dr. Lozada joined the all dental team in 2005. He specializes in periodontal procedures and oral surgery. He is very efficient and detailed when it comes to his work. Patients experience calm, painless procedures and most of it is due to his sense of humor.
Dr. Julian Lender is originally from Moscow, Russia, where he has worked as a dentist for 11 years prior to his arrival to Boston area. In 1994 Dr.Lender completed his Doctoral Degree in Dental Medicine at Boston University School of Dentistry. In 1996 he joined All Dental of Westboro, where he quickly became the Clinical Director of the Practice. In 2000, Dr.Lender accepted the the qualifying partnership offer at ALL DENTAL. Dr.Lender routinely completes 50 hours of continuing education every licensing cycle (2 years). He is a member of Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and Mass. Dental Society. He lives in Newton and has 2 children. Dr. Lender also maintaines private practice in Brookline.	Marina Mazo – Hygienist – Marina came to the United States with her family in 1991. She graduated from Northeastern University and headed to Forsyth School for dental hygiene. After graduating in 1998 she began working at All Dental. Marina is married with one son. She enjoys hanging out with friends and going to her sons sporting events.
Dr. Esther Kim - Endodontist	Slava Simankov - Hygienist - Slava was born in Odessa, Ukraine in 1977. She grew up in Boston and graduated from Northeastern University in 1999. Slava joined All Dental in 2001 and currently lives in Ashland with her husband and daughter.
Daisy – Chief Dental Assistant - Daisy started working here at All Dental in 1995. She is the chief assistant and trains any new staff coming into the office. She is always eager to learn new techniques through continuing education and is very committed to excellent patient care. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children and granddaughter as well as music, and traveling.	Firas Aldarawcheh - Hygienist- Firas graduated from the hygiene program at Quinsigamond Community College in 1999. He joined our staff in 2004 part time and has been working here ever since. He has 12 years experience and is board certified and licensed in four states. His gentleness and great personality will keep you at ease during your appointments. When not working, Firas enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
Tiffany - Dental Assistant - Tiffany is the newest edition to our team! She graduated from Bryman Institute and was X-ray certified at Tufts University in Boston. She has been assisting for six years now. She is very friendly and thoroughly enjoys what she does which makes her a wonderful addition to our team. Jamie – Marketing/Implant Coordinator - Jamie began working with All Dental in 2007 as a Part-time employee, In 2008 she graduated from Worcester State College and became the full-time Marketing and Implant coordinator. She loves learning new things about the ever-growing dental industry. When not working she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors with her dog.	Monika - Dental Assistant - Monika began her career journey as a nurse in Poland. When she arrived here to the United States she decided Dental Assisting would be a new and exciting adventure for her. She’s been in the field for 14 years now and joined the All Dental team in 2010. When not caring for patients she is busy taking care of her two children and spending time with her family.
Caitlin - Scheduling Coordinator/BriteSmile Technician - Caitlin joined the All Dental team in 2010 after graduating from Sonoma State University. She has quickly become a major asset to our team. Her smiling face and calming personality will definitely put your mind at ease. In her free time she enjoys traveling, dancing, animals, and spending time with her family and friends. Amy - Scheduling Coordinator - Amy has been with All Dental since 2008, she started here as a part-time employee and became full time in 2010. She is a graduate of Framingham State University with a BA in Communications. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Katherine Libson - Office Manager - Kathy has been working at All Dental since its opening in 1995. She has a master’s degree in economics and marketing. She currently resides In Newton, MA with her husband. In her free time she enjoys travel, going to the movies, and reading.
